Hyphen launches its Referral Reward Scheme

Indeed, we’ve had some great referrals from our collaborative network of partners and clients over the years which inspired us to launch the Hyphen Ambassadors Referral Reward Scheme in November 2011. The scheme has been designed to encourage and reward our clients, partners and general contacts for proactively referring us to people in their network that might benefit from our skills and services.

Some feedback we’ve received shows that (like most) our network is already willing and prepared to refer Hyphen as-and-when opportunities arise - without the need for an incentive or financial reward - so you’d be forgiven for wondering why Hyphen has launched a reward scheme. Well, rightly or wrongly, we take the view that proactively advertising this ‘opportunity to earn’ to close contacts in our network firstly acknowledges the value we place on a successful referral, and secondly, may encourage our contacts to become ambassadors - embracing the spirit of the scheme by adopting a slightly more proactive referral behaviour themselves in the knowledge that Hyphen is prepared to reward referrals in these times of austerity.

This scheme forms part of our 2012 growth strategy of developing progressive and collaborative working partnerships with; those starting, advising and funding Start-up organisations – including Inventors, Entrepreneurs, Patent Attorneys, Lawyers and Investors – plus Brand Agencies and Companies / Brand owners that require specialist assistance in bringing consumer products to market.

Hyphen works in close partnership with these organisations to help them realise innovations and product ideas through our expertise in the design, product development and manufacture of functional products that enhance brands by elevating the customer experience. This is what we call Extra-Ordinary Product Development.
